• Each Order Is Complimentary Wrapped In Our Signature Orange Box with Ribbon & Story Card. For additional gift boxes on orders with multiple items, please email us to request at info@laurajamesjewelry.com- otherwise the items will be included in the same box.

• Payments

We accept Paypal, Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, & Discover Card. You may also place your order via phone or text 704.372.1267 or via email (info@laurajamesjewelry.com).

• Shipping

We proudly ship to the United States, Internationally + Canada & Mexico. Each piece of Laura James Jewelry is an original design that is custom made thus lead times to create pieces will vary. Most pieces will ship out to destinations in the U.S. via USPS Ground or Priority within 3-5 working days or less of confirmation of payment unless otherwise indicated. *If you need EXPEDITED processing and shipping please let us know when you place your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.International shipments ship via Priority International Mail.

• Returns

Laura James Jewelry will accept Returns within 7 days of shipping receipt for the price of the item. Any returns after this date will be for e-Store Credit.*If you wish to return an item, please send an e-mail to info@laurajamesjewelry.com so that we may expect your return and provide you with the correct return address.*

Exchanges may be made for items received as a Gift up to 1 month from the date purchased, with original Purchaser's name provided.

To Return An Item:

Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging materials so that it arrives to us undamaged. For your protection, please send all returns via a track-able carrier. Laura James Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in shipping for repair, thus all items being returned should be insured by shipper for protection.

• Repairs

We fully stand behind the excellent craftsmanship of our jewelry, though we do know that jewelry can be fragile and quite frankly, things can happen! If your jewelry is in need of repair, please first contact us at info@laurajamesjewelry.com. Most items we will happily repair free of charge less shipping fees, however with some damages, charges may apply, thus we will notify you prior to repairing your piece. For your protection, please be sure to pack the item(s) carefully and via a track-able carrier.

• Taxes

North Carolina residents are subject to a 7.25% tax on their purchase including shipping. 

• Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry purchase, here are a few TIPS we recommend:

Keep hairspray and fragrances away from your jewelry (especially if the jewelry is gold or silver plated). The alcohol in these can permanently stain your metals/stones. Therefore, only put jewelry on after these have dried on the skin.

Store copper, brass and sterling silver jewelry out of sunlight (inside a jewelry box or bag) to prevent natural oxidization from occurring.

Sleeping, Swimming and Exercising will often oxidize the metals in your plated or raw metal jewelry very quickly. If this has happened, to restore shine, rub with a silver Polishing cloth.

Do not polish oxidized (blackened) silver chains with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner to clean or the oxidization may rub off.

For shiny sterling, brass or copper please polish with a silver polishing cloth (these metals will oxidize when exposed to air, skin, water, etc thus to retain shine, simply use the polishing cloth.)

For jewelry containing pearls, turquoise or coral, never place in a jewelry cleaner. Simply wipe with a soft cloth. These are very fragile stones and will change color. Other gemstones like citrine, tourmalines, etc are safe for the jewelry cleaner.
