Yes, it's true...there is definitely a lack of cool Jewelry Organizers out there in the world! It's actually of the top requests I got from customers when I had my storefront in Charlotte.

I pretty much had given up on finding one...until I came across this post for this very cool DIY jewelry organizer that you can create yourself if you love a craft project.

Finally...something functional that doesn't scream "i'm a jewelry organizer"! I especially am in love with the remove-able palm frond wallpaper from Chasing Paper that she used here...to me, it's the best part about this piece.

Yes, it's true! After operating my storefront for 7 glorious years on East Boulevard in Historic Dilworth, I decided the time was Perfect.

Perfect for utilizing my years of experience in reworking jewelry for other people...by up-fitting my own handmade business I founded back in 2005.
Perfect for embracing this incredibly fast-paced online shopping world... by jumping right on that digital train.
Perfect for getting the extra time to spend actually designing and crafting...the very heart of the reason I began Laura James Jewelry 11 years ago.
Perfect for additional time to offer specials, giveaways and more to you guys...the very reason I have been able to have this business all of these years.
Perfect for making shopping Laura James Jewelry as easy as Amazon...FREE Shipping and fast turnaround. :)

There are so many other reasons this decision is perfect for me that I could list, but I don't have enough space on this page!

What will be the hardest part? Missing the daily interaction from you. So many of you have become extended family to me, and I assure you that I am not going anywhere. I am actually going to be much more accessible and you will likely see even more of me!

How? I will be all around! Physically and Online. Pop Up Shops, Trunk Shows (let me know if you'd like to be added to the list to host!), Holiday Events, you name it. Online I'll be selling right from this website as well as Facebook and Instagram.

AND the possibility of another studio space open for such events if I find just the right fit...
